MIW 400 & 800

Perfect engineering & practical design are the special features of these high-performance punching machines. Tools and accessories have been matched systematically to the machines. This ensures maximum versatility and cost effectiveness.

Tool change on both MIW sizes with quick-change device as standard - no additional operating tools required.

FLAT BAR SHEAR

MIW 400- Open flat bar shear. Exactly adjustable double spindle hold-down. The flat steel upper knife can be replaced by a plate knife usable on 4 side.

Splaying of flat material. i.e. for wall anchors

MIW 800

Especially high capacity thanks to the closed flat bar shears.

Upper and lower knife usable on 4 sides

High cutting quality ensured by standard knife with 2.5 degree rake angle.

Closed flat bar shear at MIW 800 - for cutting to length of flat steel up to a maximum width of 350 mm

For rectangular cutting to length and for the accurate performance of mitre cuts the large support table, supplied as standard for both sizes, is equipped additionally with an adjustable stop rail and graduation scale.

Adjustable length stop with electric contact switch - connection facility included as standard on both sizes of MIW .

SECTION SHEAR

As standard both MIW models are equipped with knives (type PMG) with which not only angles can be cut to length rectangularly and at mitre (up to 45 degree), but also tees can be cut to length rectangularly up to the maximum capacity.

MIW 400 section shear with easily adjustable hold-down and mitre stop -with support facs for safe material guiding.

MIW 800 section shear with exactly adjustable double spindle hold-down and with separately adjustable mitre stop

These sections can be cut with both MIW machines with the standard knife equipment, this is to say at mazimum capacity & without purchase of additional knives.

Adjustable length stop with electric contact switch. Connection facility provided as standard on both MIW sizes
