Conception: Highly efficient operation as result of two-slide construction: Mubea KBLH machines offer the possibility to punch, cut or notch simultaneously as well as independent of each other, which means an important condition for optimum use of a machine tool in the field of structural steel engineering. Both slides universally adjustable.

Infinitely variable stroke adjustment and center spotting for the flat, bar, and section shears as well as for the coper-notcher.

Infinitely variable stroke adjustment and inching mode for the punch.

Electrical engagement for the plate, bar, and section shears as well as for the coper-notcher - Footswitch included.

Plate Shear Helps You To Make The Running

The KBLH machine type will be most efficient in series production. The KBLH 1000's plate, section and bar shears are even basically equipped with infinitely variable and precisely operating hydraulic automatic hold-downs.

Use in combination with an electric contact lenght stop - adequate plug-type connector included without surcharge in basic equipment - ensures best possible results in series production.

	Square and mitre cuts of flat bars are possible with the Mubea KBLH model
The sturdy hold-down allows a good view of the scribe line.	The support and mitering table, included in standard equipment, faciliates handling of material: To enable cutting to length at right angle and mitering with great dimensional accuracy, the table is additionally equipped with an adjustable stop rail.

Section Shear with Increased Efficiency Thru Advanced High- Performance Technology

Mubea KBLH 1000 is equipped with knifes for cutting square angles, round & square bars. Hydraulic automatic hold-down is standard.	Knife for cutting angles square and on mitre, as well as tees square.
