1. Hydraulic blade tension controller ensures correct blade tension, extending blade life and improving cutting performance.

2. The split front vise will hold the work piece on both side of the blade for a burr-free cut. Also it can do automatic feeding of material down to a length of 50 mm.

3. Indexing Length Control provides for accurate and easy length set ups in increments of 0.05 mm (0.001).

4. Dual valve design will achieve optimal cutting performance, based on the simple setting of feed rate and pre-selective cutting pressure for different materials.

5.Automatic work height selector and quick approach rod will position the saw frame to safe clearance, so that the next piece can be positioned. After feeding, the blade will drop quickly to a small clearance off work piece. At which time, it proceeds at a preset cutting speed.

6. Two sets of horizontal vises and two pairs of vertical nesting fixtures designed for bundle cutting, the adjustable horizontal and vertical clamping devices can tightly press and hold the stock for a better cutting performance.

7. PLC control provides better electronically performance and is easy in maintenance.
